Cookie Policy

Last Updated: October 9, 2026

This policy explains the cookies used on uscisdelays.com, a website of Clinch Law Firm. It lists every cookie the site sets, what each one is for, and how long it lasts.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store on visitors' computers or mobile devices. They let a site remember things between page views — which language you chose, for example — and help the people running it understand how the site is used.

Cookies This Site Sets

This site sets two cookies. Both are first-party, meaning they are set by uscisdelays.com itself and are not readable by anyone else.

NEXT_LOCALE — remembers whether you are reading the site in English, Turkish or Spanish, so you are not sent back to the default language on your next page. Expires when your browser session ends.

ucd_src — records how you first arrived at the site (a search engine, an advertisement, a link from another site, or directly). It is written once, on your first page, and is never overwritten. It lets us tell which of our efforts actually reach people. It holds no name, email or anything else that identifies you, it cannot be read by JavaScript in the page, and it expires after 90 days.

Analytics

This site is built to run Google Analytics 4, but it is switched off: no analytics identifier is configured, so no analytics script loads and no analytics cookies are set.

If it is switched on later, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga and similar) to count visits and measure which pages are read. This page will be updated at the same time.

What This Site Does Not Use

There are no advertising, remarketing or conversion-tracking cookies. There are no social-media pixels. No third party sets a cookie on this site.

If you arrive from an advertisement, the advertising network may have set its own cookies on its own site before you got here. Those are governed by that network's policy, not this one.

Managing Cookies

Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies, usually under Settings → Privacy. Private or incognito mode discards them when you close the window.

Blocking cookies on this site costs you little: the site will simply forget your language choice between pages.

Updates to This Policy

If the cookies this site sets change, this page changes with them, and the date at the top is updated.
